My food log data disappeared

Data is stored in iCloud. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings.


The barcode scanner isn't finding my food

Try the manual search instead. If you'd like to request a food be added, email us with the product name and barcode number.


AI photo logging isn't working

The feature is capped at 10 uses per day, resetting at midnight. Make sure you have a network connection when using it.


Meal reminders aren't firing

Check that Mackro has notification permissions in Settings → Notifications → Mackro.


How do I delete all my data?

Delete the app from your device. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Mackro.
